Before any excavation begins, contact JULIE (811) to have underground utilities marked for safety and compliance.
Step 4: Schedule a Site Evaluation
Call 815-321-1800 to schedule a site evaluation. This step ensures your property is ready for a pool installation.
Step 5: Select Pool & Patio Features
Customize your space with pavers, concrete decking, lighting, and accessories. Once you've made your selections, email us your choices to finalize the design.
Step 6: Receive & Approve Your Estimate
After finalizing your design, we’ll provide an estimate. Once you’re ready to proceed, sign and return the document to confirm your order.
Step 7: Make Your Deposit
Secure your installation date with a deposit via check or online payment.
Step 8: Site Plan Review
We’ll provide a customized layout of your pool for your approval before construction begins.
Step 9: Obtain Permit Approval
We’ll guide you through the permit process to ensure compliance with local regulations in your area.
Step 10: Sign Installation Agreement
Once permits are approved, we’ll finalize the installation agreement so we can begin work on your new pool.
Step 11: Pre-Installation Walkthrough
One week before installation, we’ll conduct a walkthrough to review the project details and answer any questions.
Step 12: Schedule Installation Date
