FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW PRIOR TO BEGINNING YOUR SWIMMING POOL INSTALLATION PROCESS
Select a pool package.
Email a copy of your plat of survey to info@precisionpropertypros.com.
Call JULIE (811) to have your utilities located.
Schedule a site evaluation with Precision Property Pros Inc. at 815-321-1800.
Note: there is a $150 Site Evaluation Fee that is refunded once the final inspection of your swimming pool is approved.
Select a hard surface for around the pool (Pavers/Concrete/Decking), additional Pool/Patio features, as well as any additional desired pool accessories and email your selections over to info@precisionpropertypros.com.
Receive your pool installation estimate. (If accepted, sign and return to Precision Property Pros Inc.)
Make deposit payment via check or online payment portal.
Receive the site plan drawing (If accepted, sign and return to Precision Property Pros Inc.)
Receive permit approval.
Sign installation agreement.
Schedule pre-installation walkthrough with Precision Property Pros (This will take place within the week prior to your scheduled installation date.
